Two Fridays ago – has it been that long already – we visited our alpacas. I’m pleased to say they are all doing well – the ones we have sold and the ones we still own. They’re looking really good.
And, it was great to see my babies.
This is as close as I have to a picture of the entire herd. From left, that’s Jubilee’s head behind Morghan, then Amelia and Maggee who is also eating.

Morghan is really something. She’s Sindre’s daughter and growing up very well.
Amelia has grown since we last saw her, and she’s still cute!
I brought home Morgan’s fleece and Amelia’s fleece and I’m really looking forward to spinning them. I can’t decide if I want to go ahead and set up a way to skirt here – I could use the garage to stay out of the wind and keep the dust out of the house – or send the fleeces off for processing. Since I still have other projects, I have time to think about the question.
There has been spinning. There has been progress. I have two very, very full bobbins ready to start plying. There are, however, no recent pictures.
